Here’s how it all started

Well really, it all started months prior – June 2023

We used to use Normad Internet, but due to continuous billing errors, after a year, we finally canceled their service.  They continued to charge $20-30 in errors each month, then would take several months to issue a credit (not a refund), and the process started all over again.  We purchased the equipment to avoid rental fees, only to find out that our “purchase” didn’t actually mean we owned the equipment and had to return the device when we canceled. They were supposed to issue a $50 card, but that never showed up either.

STAY AWAY FROM NOMAD INTERNET – while their internet connections were good, we constantly had issues with billing.

We use SurfShark for privacy on the web. You can use their VPN to keep a computer or network secure, and we also use their Dedicated IP feature to allow us to access IP Restricted Devices (extra security).
